Inspired by Dutch painter Piet Mondrian and Constructivist art, organised chaos focuses on creating specific lines and shapes within the work. This direct approach entices you to look further, trying to read the directions of the lines. The installation is secured by primary coloured duct tape on either side of the foam board. On the ground lies rolls of tape which represent the continuation of the piece, the audience could interact with the work as you could pull the tape off and create new lines. There is a balance between the organised methodical approach and the chaotic and explosive aesthetic.
